I had the chance to take part in a competition or contest for interiourdesign. These are shapes for a walldesign I made in Illustrator. In this case the colourworld was given. I just designed the shapes. Unfortunately we didn't succeed in that competition but it is always a good feeling to take part in a creative process.

2013 started quite well. I post two new drawings I like as they are. And as I like them as they are I hesitate to do more on them or even colour them. I rather have the feeling to want to do another drawing and another and another. I know that people expect me to do a story or animation or book, but I love to keep my drawings as little daily or momentnotes.

But at first I tried this style as well. It got quite dark as it is the result of a serie I did before (perhaps I post these as well). This style allows me to post sketches I am doing. But before posting I colour them in a quite fast way in photoshop. Ok. Like this it is not a perfect illustration, but more like a quick message. Or last minute postcard. As I am that type of last minute doing person.
